Batch 3 of the ever popular Boutique-y Aultmore! Why so popular you ask? Well, on top of being delicious it has a Velociraptor fighting a Shark on the label. A Velociraptor. Fighting. A Shark. Usually That Boutique-y Whisky Company’s labels feature a character or a tale associated with the distillery but having drawn something of a blank on Aultmore we just went for the best thing ever. This is a limited release of 151 bottles. ‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains, bourbons, blended malts and blends from a variety of renowned distilleries. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel style labels.

Aultmore – Batch 3 (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)

Nose: Light and creamy with fragrant vanilla and the peels from lemons and apples. A little pepper, perhaps even just a suggestion of oaky smokiness.
Palate: Lemon tart fresh from the bakery, slightly floral.
Finish: A fresh, fruity finish with a little hazelnut, simply wonderful.
