This French blended whisky was created by the folks at Maison Daucourt (the same chaps behind , and has been drawn from a trio of casks – bourbon casks, Sauternes casks and Cognac casks.
D.U.C Triple Cask
Nose: Prune, yellow plum, caramel and pine resin.
Palate: Icing sugar and baked goods, slightly grassy, ginger.
Finish: Nutty malt, orange peel and a hint of milk chocolate.
