Made a generous portion of rye alongside corn and malted barley, this cracking craft spirit is sure to make a big impression on cocktails, and most definitely will be a supreme sipper served neat. Impressive as ever from the fine FEW folks.
Nose: Roasted red berries dusted with nutmeg and cinnamon, honey’d cereal and a kick of flamed orange peel.
Palate: Chocolatey at first, though soon dives deep into festive spice and butterscotch. A hint of menthol gives it a refreshing touch.
Finish: Enjoyably peppery on the finish.
