Single cask single grain from the sadly shut Port Dundas distillery, independently bottled by Douglas Laing. It was distilled in October 1988 and aged in a refill hogshead until September 2016, when it was bottled with an outturn of 206 bottles.
Nose: Creamy vanilla and cinnamon-spiced French toast. A hint of zesty citrus.
Palate: Juicy apples and pears, Toffee Crisp bars and a little bit of brown sugar.
Finish: Slightly floral, with a hint of honeycomb.
