From Chivas Regal’s Royal Salute range comes the Hundred Cask Selection. A blend of one hundred casks, boasting between twenty-two and forty years aging.
Royal Salute The Hundred Cask Selection – Release 15
Nose: A big, deep nose of caramalised sugar, rich toffee, espresso, dates and dried orange.
Palate: The sherry influence becomes more and more apparent as grandiose brandy soaked fruitcake fills the mouth with winter spices and dark chocolate following.
Finish: Mixed nuts, raisins, coffee beans and oats, a soft finish that keeps on hanging.
