A very mysterious whisky from Gordon & MacPhail, Secret Stills No.1.1 was distilled all the way back in 1955, left in a sherry butt and bottled 50 years later in 2005. A true rarity, though seeing as those indie bottlers have given us a crucial clue that the single malt was distilled on the Isle of Skye, perhaps not so secret after all.
