A limited edition Bourbon from New York’s Widow Jane, bottled for La Maison du Whisky. This is a 4 year old expression of their Wapsie Valley Bourbon, made with ingredients grown in New York State, including 70% Wapsie Valley corn, 25% malt and 5% rye.
Nose: Candied peels, fresh plum, honey and maple syrup.
Palate: Soft char, basil, more honey, a whiff of cigar, seaside fudge.
Finish: A touch of red fruit sweetness develops later on the finish.
