The wonderful 2019 release of Yellowstone Limited Edition bourbon is here! This expression was aged for nine years in new charred oak, marrying barrels from all corners of the rickhouse, having gone through different ageing processes in different locations. Bottled up at 50.5% ABV, only 12,500 bottles were released.
Nose: Treacle, chocolate orange, fruitcake and caramelised brown sugar, with a hint of green oak.
Palate: Oak char, toffee penny and orange blossom, alongside mint chocolate, cinnamon, toasted nuts and dried berries.
Finish: Glacier cherry, toasty oak, earthy vanilla and caramelised nuts.
