Another wonderful Wemyss Malts bottling, this time featuring Bunnahabhain single malt drawn from a single butt which housed the whisky from 1987 to 2016. A release of 700 bottles, bestowed the name Scallop Diver’s Dram as a hint to the whisky’s flavour profile.
Nose: Creamy barley, petrichor, a touch of treacle.
Palate: Apples and pears, salted caramel, vanilla pod earthiness.
Finish: Lingering coastal air.
