Dalmore 25 Year Old (2014 Release)

The 25 Year Old expression from the renowned Highland distillers at Dalmore goes through quite a maturation process. It starts off in American white oak casks before being divided into first-fill bourbon casks and Palomino Fino Sherry butts. Following that, the whisky is brought back together to be married in bourbon barrels and finally finished in Tawny port pipes.
