Gardeners’ Biscuit Break 2000 (bottled 2018) – Wemyss Malts (Linkwood)

A fab bottling of Linkwood, distilled in 2000. The Speysider was aged in a single butt cask before being bottled in 2018 by Wemyss Malts. This particular expression has been named Gardeners’ Biscuit Break, a rather cryptic but perhaps accurate allusion to the flavour profile. A release of 726 bottles.
