A very interesting release from the Whiskey Union team – Huxley Rare Genus is an Atlantic ocean-spanning expression, made with a blend of whiskey from America, Canada and Scotland! The name is a reference to Thomas Henry Huxley, a 19th century biologist and anatomist, and the label features a mobsprey – a mythical combination of some sort of bird, wildcat and moose.
