This 25 year old single malt began its life at Allt-á-Bhainne distillery in 1993, and it was then left to age in a single American oak cask. It was allowed to finish its maturation in a Sauternes cask before it was bottled in 2018 by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for the Cooper’s Choice series. Only 285 bottles at 47% ABV.
