Another lip-smacking bourbon from American Eagle, this one has seen eight years of ageing. Its mash bill is made up of 84% corn, so it’s suitably buttery, and spent its days resting in American oak barrels. The whiskey was treated to a charcoal-mellow filtration process before it was bottled at 40% ABV, and it’s more than suitable for classic whiskey cocktails and the like.
