American Sour Mash 5 Year Old (cask P311) – The Single Cask
Nose: Caramel and sweetcorn, with hints of toasty oak and spearmint.
Palate: Herbaceous as it opens, soon giving way to yet more caramel.
Finish: White chocolate and cherry drops.
