This is a single cask bottling from the Armorik French single malt range, which has been aged for 6 years in a new oak cask before bottling at 55% ABV. Only 550 bottles were produced of this intriguing French whisky.
Armorik 6 Year Old 2011 Single Cask
Nose: Buttered bread, spicy clove, vanilla pod and wafts of heather.
Palate: Drying cocoa, cashew and walnut, fennel and a touch of juicy pear.
Finish: Apple, lime peel, more vanilla.
