Sherried Ben Nevis here, independently bottled by the superb Signatory! This one was aged in a refill sherry butt for 27 years, maturing from October 1991 to May 2019. It was then bottled at cask strength (for the Cask Strength Collection, no less!) with an outturn of 477 bottles.
