Bowman Brothers Small Batch Bourbon, from the American distillery, A. Smith Bowman. Named after four Virginian Bowman brothers, John, Abraham, Joseph and Isaac. While that might sound like the makings of a pop band these days, they were American pioneers in the 1700s that established settlements in Kentucky.
Nose: Toffee apples next to a warm fire on a cold autumnal evening.
Palate: Bursting with a lively rye alongside hints of oak, vanilla and maple.
Finish: Fairly long.
