We all have to celebrate the seasons, even if some of those seasons bring mind-numbing heat and others bring ridiculous freezing winds. Why should we celebrate them? Because they don’t only bring us weather, but whisky! This is why Douglas Laing have the Provenance range, which highlights the seasons in which the whisky was made. For example, this 12 year old Bunnahabhain was distilled in winter 2001. It hibernated in a single Sherry butt until the spring 2014, when it was bottled.
