It’s an independent bottling of tasty Clynelish whisky! This one was matured in a pair of hogshead casks for 19 years, from June 1996 to March 2016, before being bottled by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection (without chill-filtration, obviously).
Nose: Dried oak, buttered crumpets, marmalade and some diced almonds.
Palate: Coffee and walnut cake, vanilla pods, black pepper and a touch of coastal air.
Finish: Caramel and cinnamon.
