Nose: Spicy and sweet. Notes of cocoa, nutmeg, gingerbread, black pepper and apple peels.
Palate: Herbal and creamy, notes of buttery toffee, malt, gingerbread, cinnamon, stewed fruit. Barley. Hints of black pepper.
Finish: Peppery, fruity, wood shavings, caramel, malt.
