This is a higher-abv bottling of Discovery Road Four Lions, an English single malt whisky bottled for whisky writer Dominic Roskrow’s collection of new world whiskies. With all the expressions coming from places that are not very well known for producing the spirit but are all very well made indeed, it’s an incredibly interesting and inspiring series. Just 45 bottles of Four Lion have been bottled at 58% abv. The whisky came from stocks maturing at St. George’s Distillery in Norfolk.
