This particular cracker contains a 30ml dram of single malt Scotch whisky – an ace post-Christmas-dinner treat – as well as a paper crown and naff joke.
Nose: Aromatic, floral. Heather, fruit salad, creamy texture. Smoked almonds, stemmy hay.
Palate: Rich, honey, stone fruits, chestnuts, walnuts, almonds. Berries.
Finish: Smoky, good length, delicate peppery spice.
