Delicately Sherried Dufftown here, independently bottled by Gordon & MacPhail. This was distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2016 for the Connoisseurs Choice range.
Dufftown 2006 (bottled 2016) – Connoisseurs Choice (Gordon & MacPhail)
Nose: Light waves of dried raisins and cinnamon sticks drift beneath layers of caramel and hay.
Palate: Rather oak-y at first, though once again the sweetness of Sherry makes itself known pleasantly.
Finish: Fresh and slightly minty.
