A limited edition single malt from The English Whisky Co., bottled by The Single Cask! It was distilled at St. George’s Distillery before it was whacked straight into a single cask, where it was left to age for the next seven years. The cask yielded 232 limited edition bottles, at a rather warming 64.2% ABV.
Nose: Toasty malt, apple crumble and vanilla custard, with caramel digestive biscuits and a touch of oak spice.
Palate: Orange marmalade, vanilla Danish pastry, a pinch of tobacco and honeycomb, with more sweet malt.
Finish: Toffee apple, stewed orchard fruit and spicy oak.
