Mackmyra’s Moment bottlings are each made from a small number of casks from in Bodås mine and on the island Fjäderholmarna hand selected by Master Blender Angela D’Orazio. These are casks with individual character that she feels would simply be lost if used in regular bottlings. Vintage is a tangy, floral malt.
Nose: Toffee and floral notes, green beans, peach and cinnamon. Cognac-like, almost.
Palate: More gentle wood spices, sweet pea, cashew nut, dried grass and fruit salad.
Finish: Tangy oak and sultanas.
