A very impressive whisky from Michel Couvreur. Tria Juncta in Uno is the Latin translation of ’three in one’, after the three different malt whiskies which form the blended malt. Two very sherried expressions, matured in Pedro Ximénez casks, are combined with Bere Barley malt whisky. It was then bottled at 49.9% ABV, and presented complete with decadent wax seal and a handcrafted leather presentation box. No wonder only 400 bottles were released.
