Good golly, would you look at this – a 50 year old single grain Scotch whisky from the Port Dundas distillery, which closed back in 2010! It’s always hugely impressive for a whisky to reach this age, and well-aged single grain is a thing of beauty, so expect big things from this one. It was distilled in June 1965 and bottled in September 2015 as part of Hunter Laing’s The Sovereign independent bottling range.
