An independent bottling of single malt Scotch whisky from the Pulteney distillery – and a rather well-aged one at that! This was distilled in 1982 and bottled in 2015 by Gordon & McPhail for The MacPhail’s Collection. This bottling also comes with a rather handsome tasting glass to enjoy the aforementioned whisky from.
Nose: Dusty cigar box, Sherried orange peels, rum spices and heap of toffee chunks.
Palate: Rich rum-raisin ice cream, plum and notes of oak warmth. A light waft of sea air.
Finish: Citrus-forward on the finish.
