A blended whisky all the way from Canada! Signal Hill is made from Canadian corn and barley, and blended with waters from Newfoundland. The whisky is aged in new white oak casks, first-fill bourbon casks and Canadian whisky casks – whew! It’s also non-chill filtered.
Nose: Sweet honey and vanilla, jammy fruit and warm oak spice.
Palate: Rich with a creamy mouthfeel, and sweet notes of raisins and plums and a drizzle of honey.
Finish: Long and warming.
