It’s the fifth batch of The Glover blended malt from Adelphi! This one four years old, marrying Scottish whisky from and Japanese whisky from , with the liquid drawn exclusively from first fill bourbon barrels. Just 1,008 bottles were released at 54.7% ABV.
Nose: Orange curd, nougat and sour orange sweeties, with fresh tropical fruit in support.
Palate: Tinned pineapple and orange loaf cake, with barley sugar.
Finish: Lemon curd shrouded by subtle peat smoke.
