In 2002, the folks at Knockdhu set aside this whisky to age. In 2017, they cracked open the specially selected Spanish and American oak casks and bottled up the whisky for this release! Not only is a delicious whisky putting the brilliant fruitiness of anCnoc whiskies on display for all to enjoy, but it reminds us of 2002 – the year ’28 Days Later’ was released in cinemas and ’Original Pirate Material’ by The Streets made its way to portable CD players everywhere. A good year by all counts.
