Single cask single malt from one of the few remaining Lowland distilleries – Auchentoshan! This one was distilled in 2000 and allowed a finishing period in a Marsala wine cask before being bottled in 2017 by Malts of Scotland. 261 bottles were produced.
Nose: Chocolate cake, mango, peppery grass and vanilla.
Palate: Crisp apple, spring blossom and summer berry tart.
Finish: Continued fruity sweetness.
