Bowmore 25 Year Old 1994 (cask 554) (Adelphi)

A rather fabulous limited edition single cask Bowmore, filled into a single refill sherry cask back in 1994. It stayed there for an entire quarter of a century, until the ever-wonderful Adelphi bottled the smoky whisky at 54.2% ABV, with an outturn of 498 bottles.
