A rather special single cask Bruichladdich distilled back in 1992 and left to mature in a bourbon cask, hand-picked by master distiller Jim McEwan. When 2010 rolled around, the single malt was bottled at 17 years old for the Micro-Provenance Series, a range of Bruichladdich whiskies selected to explore cask evolution. This particular expression was bottled exclusively for Islay Beach Rugby 2010, with 60 bottles released at 51% ABV.
