It was left to mature in a refill sherry butt until October 2019, when it was bottled at cask strength )for the Cask Strength Collection, no less!) with an outturn of 623 bottles.
Nose: Fragrant wood smoke and honeyed barley, with dried fruit richness developing.
Palate: Dates, pecans and a touch of cacao. Soft smoke sticks around.
Finish: A touch of tobacco peeks out from layers of dried fruit and peels.
