A French single grain whisky from the Distillerie des Menhirs in Brittany (producers of the Eddu range of whiskies). It’s aged in oak casks for 4 years before being bottled at 45% ABV. The name means ’white cereal’ in the Breton language.

Ed Gwenn

Nose: A light though sweet nose of tropical fruit and white grapes, with a little bit of burnt sugar behind the fruit notes.
Palate: More fruity esters, with toasty oak stave and brown sugar too.
Finish: Pineapple and mango on the medium length finish.
