Glenglassaugh 2009 (bottled 2018) – Malts of Scotland
Nose: Barrel char, apple turnover, waxy orange, a touch of sea air.
Palate: Sultanas, salt & pepper crackers, thyme honey and cassia.
Finish: A hint of floral malt lingers alongside soft vanilla and peppercorn.
