An indie bottling of Glenrothes single malt, matured in a single hogshead cask for 26 years – from October 1989 to August 2016. 241 bottles were produced for Speciality Drinks’ Single Malts of Scotland range.
Glenrothes 26 Year Old 1989 (cask 8172) – The Single Malts of Scotland
Nose: Plum pudding, coconut biscuits and shortbread.
Palate: Vanilla and mango, fresh barley, a hint of spicy hops.
Finish: Sponge cake, crushed nuts and hints of honey.
