Invergordon 45 Year Old 1966 – The Clan Denny (Douglas Laing)

A forty-five year old bottling of Invergordon grain whisky. Grain whisky hasn’t been malted and this creates a sweeter and more syrupy style different to the single malt whiskies we know and love. However this is truly a bargain considering its age, and, furthermore, the time spent in ex-bourbon casks has allowed this Invergordon to open up into a glorious whisky.
