The first release from Moon Harbour is the Pier 1 expression – a blended whisky which was finished in Sauternes casks at their location in Bordeaux. A hint of what’s to come in the future, as the folks behind it are in the process of making their very own distillery in a bunker in the Seaport of Bordeaux!
