An exceptional bottle of 46 year old Port Dundas. Distilled in 1971, this single grain was aged initially in a bourbon barrel, before being finished in a refill bourbon cask. It was then bottled at natural cask strength in 2018 by Murray McDavid for the Select Grain series, a limited release of 200 bottles.
Nose: Buttery toffee, fruit, nuts and floral undertones.
Palate: Dried fruit, biscuit notes and oak spice.
Finish: A warm, sweet and creamy finish that lingers.
