Old single grain Scotch whiskies are a joy – elegant, aromatic and refined. Now just imagine the character of the oldest whisky ever bottled by Diageo… That’s exactly what we’ve got our hands with this 52 year old Port Dundas, distilled way back in 1964(!). The year the Beatles released their first album and the Beach Boys’ hit number one, the spirit that was to become this Special Release came off the Port Dundas still and went into refill American hogsheads.
