8 year old single malt Irish whiskey here, independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! The label is a reference to the common misconception that all irish whiskey is triple-distilled. However, they could have simply made that fact in a way that doesn’t confuse us. It looks like there are three pipes in that spirit safe, but it also looks like there are only two! Batch 2 is a release of 876 bottles. ‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
