This is a fifteen year old Glenlivet from Gordon and MacPhail’s distillery label range. Glenlivet is perhaps the archetypal Speyside with many distilleries previously calling themselves Glenlivet before trade mark law got in the way!
Smith’s Glenlivet 15 Year Old – Gordon & MacPhail
Nose: This is an aromatic dram with notes of pear drops and caramel sweets.
Palate: The palate is creamy and fruity with a hint of peat smoke at the back.
Finish: The finish is full-bodied with notes of stone fruit.
