Woodford Reserve Master’s Collection – Seasoned Oak Finish

Woodford Reserve’s Master’s Collection explores some rather interesting production processes. The 2009 release from the range is the Seasoned Oak Finish, which sees their properly excellent bourbon be finished in oak casks which have been left outside for 3 to 5 years – normally they’re left outside for 3 to 5 .
