Glengoyne The Legacy Series Chapter One

Here we have Chapter One of Glengoyne’s The Legacy Series. This expression celebrates Cochrane Cartwright, Glengoyne’s distillery manager in 1869, who famously introduced sherry casks to Glengoyne. The liquid was matured in first-fill European oak Oloroso sherry casks as well as Glengoyne’s refill casks, before being bottled at 48% ABV.
