Velvet Fig (Wemyss Malts)

Another ace blended malt from independent Wemyss Malts – Velvet Fig is made with a selection of single malts, all of which have aged entirely in Oloroso Sherry casks. Just 6,000 non-chill-filtered bottles were produced. As you can imagine, from both the name and the autumnal, slightly brooding hue, this is a rich, well Sherried dram, packed with fig, date and a hint of spice.
