An independently bottled Invergordon single grain Scotch whisky, matured in a single butt cask from 1988 to 2015. Following its maturation, this whisky was bottled by Wemyss Malts and bestowed the title Mocha Moment – 240 bottles were produced.
Nose: Sweet shop fudge, digestive biscuit, coffee bean and a hint of black pepper.
Palate: Fresh custard tart and thick honey. Slightly nutty at points, with baking spice notes growing on the mid palate.
Finish: Medium length, quite sweet.
